Bound in the Mary Miller volume of songs and music, circa 1845-1885.

This owner-bound volume belonged to a Mary Miller, Short Street, Balmain. There is a record of a WH Miller, painter and glazier, Short Street, Balmain in Sands Directory (1880). The music volume also contains the signature of an Aggie White (a relative of Mary's future husband?). There is a marriage between a Mary Miller and William White recorded in Balmain in 1883.

Musical Bouquet database has the original publication date for no. 4146 as 1866.
Ink Signature under caption title on page 1: "Aggie White".
Oval stamp (purple ink) J. R. Clarke [partially illegible], 317 George St., Sydney. Publisher and importer [of] photographs.
British Library has the publication date as 1874.
The J.R. Clarke stamp would indicated that this music was imported to Sydney between 1875 and 1876.
At the bottom left hand side of the title page: "[41]46, Musical Bouquet". The first 2 numbers have been trimmed off.
The music has a mended tear through pages 3 and 4.
