Dating: Henry Tolkien was a piano forte manufacturer ca. 1847-85. Advert in The illustrated London news has Tolkien at the 28 King William St address in 1847 and he is also located there earlier in 1841. By 1857 he had expanded his address to include 29 and 30. Stannard & Co. were at the 7 Poland street address ca 1855-1870.
