This watercolour is a loose sheet from a Terry family album purchased from Helen Gardiner, nee Lloyd, granddaughter of Edward Terry (1840-1907) of Eastwood House. Edward was the fifth and youngest child of John Terry (1806-1842) of Box Hill and Eleanor nee Rouse (1813-1898), later Mrs Thomas Wingate.
