William Trevaskis (1835-1924) and his wife Elizabeth (1838-1911) of Bodangora, near Wellington, New South Wales, were immigrants from Cornwall. They married on the Victorian goldfields in 1859 and their 9 children were born in Victoria between 1860 and 1881 but the family moved to Bodangora sometime in the 1880s. This photograph may have been taken of William and Elizabeth on the eve of their departure from Victoria for New South Wales.
