A photograph from an
album, probably put together by Stanton & Son, illustrating the firm's housing projects from ca.1912-1922.
This dwelling shows characteristics of the the Mid-Federation period, including the stylised Art Nouveau floral motif of the verandah timberwork. French windows were not as common, but the use of leadlight at the front entrance to the house, and the striped canvas deckchairs, are typical examples of the period. [ref.
