A prospectus for employees to be involved in securing a house via payment plan to be built on the Company's land at Kensington. From the signatures on the design drawing on the cover, the architect seems to be Howard Joseland (1860-1930). Includes prices.

"Since the termination of the War the Directors have been giving attention to the housing problem as it affects the Employees. It has been decided to introduce a House Building Scheme whereby a certain number of the employees will be given the opportunity to secure a comfortable house amid healthy and pleasant surroundings. This offer is made in the first place to those married employees who have been on Active Service with the A.I.F. or who have been married since their return and who do not already own a house... the Houses under this scheme will be built on the Company's land at Kensington, and will each have a frontage of 50ft., with a depth of 120 feet. A feature will be open gardens on the Daceyville style, and each cottage will have ample verandah space and sleeping-out accommodations."
