The proposed residence is 'Burnham Thorpe', 10 Edward Street Gordon, built for financier John Woollcott-Forbes in 1938.
Two of the drawings are signed A.H. Mack '36. Augustus Henry Mack graduated in architecture from the University of Sydney in 1933. In 1936 he was senior draftsman with the architectural partnership of Joseland & Gilling.
The photographs, previously framed, are mounted on card with the framer's label: V.S. Ormsby / Commercial & Individual Framers / Restorations of all art works, oils, etchings, etc / 6 Rilet Street, Woolloomooloo 2011 tel. 31 5719.
